To produce the best possible results, we strongly recommend using the original vector artwork approach. Vectors are the ideal starting point for the printing and embroidery of all customer logos.
Simply put, a vector is the line that defines the outer edges, or outline, of a design. If possible, please submit your logo as a vector. The best file formats are SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) and EPS (Encapsulated PostScript). Other proprietary vector formats like Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw are equally fine too.
